Delivery Terms

  1. DELIVERY:
    Deliveries of goods ordered from the Site shall be made by courier company “Econt or Speedy” and/or other professional courier selected by the Merchant. Deliveries shall be charged and fulfilled in accordance with the delivery terms of the respective courier.
  2. Delivery time:
    If the order is confirmed by the Merchant, the goods requested for purchase shall be delivered to the address specified by the customer within two working days of confirmation.
    Orders registered before 3:00 pm on a business day, the Merchant shall endeavour to fulfil within the same day, and those after 3:00 pm within the next business day.
    In the event that the Merchant is unable to deliver the ordered goods within the specified delivery time, the Merchant shall inform the Customer of this by telephone or email provided by the Customer.
    In the event that the Customer cannot be found at the address provided by the Customer within the delivery period and/or access and conditions for delivery of the ordered goods are not provided, the Merchant shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods.

    2. Price of delivery:
    The delivery price shall be determined by the price tariff of the courier chosen by the Merchant. The cost of delivery is at the Customer’s expense and will be separately quoted before the Customer finalises their Order.

    3. Receipt of Goods:
    The ordered Goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer and handed over to the Customer or a third party who shall accept and acknowledge receipt of the Goods on behalf of the Customer. The Recipient shall sign the documents accompanying the Goods certifying receipt. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the Customer from the moment the Customer or the third party representing the Customer receives the goods from the courier.
    Immediately upon receipt of the goods, the Customer shall satisfy himself that the goods are the goods actually ordered by him. Where the goods delivered are clearly not as ordered, this may be ascertained by a simple examination of the packaging of the goods without compromising the integrity of the packaging.
    In the event that the goods delivered do not conform to the goods ordered and/or are visibly defective, the Customer shall immediately, within the day of receipt, notify the Merchant of this to the contact telephone number or e-mail address indicated on the website and provide evidence of the discrepancy or defect. If the Customer fails to do so, the Goods shall be deemed to have been accepted without defects and approved.
    If the goods are in fact found not to conform to the goods ordered and/or to have visible defects, then the Customer shall return such goods to the Merchant and the Merchant shall, at the Customer’s expense, supply the Customer with conforming or defect-free goods.

    II. RETURNS:
    In view of the nature of the goods and their short shelf-life, the provisions of Articles 50-56 of the Consumer Protection Act governing the Customer-Consumer’s right of withdrawal are not applicable in this case.
    If the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract and return the goods received, he must do so within the day of receipt. In this case, the Customer must notify the Merchant of his/her cancellation at the contact telephone number or e-mail address indicated on the website and send the received goods back to the Merchant on the same day on which he/she received them.
    Only Goods that are in their original packaging, without the integrity of the packaging being compromised and without any defects whatsoever in the packaging are returnable.
    The return address is as follows. The address of the return is 2 Mestnost Zad Baira Street, Lovech, 5550, Bulgaria.
    The courier costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall store the goods in accordance with the storage instructions described on the packaging of the goods until they are handed over to the courier.
    Within fourteen days of receipt of the returned Goods and if the type of Goods is eligible for return, the Merchant shall refund the Customer the value of the Goods paid by the Customer using the same means of payment used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to use another means of payment.
    In case the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 5 days.
