Biological Pest Control with Trichogramma
For high-efficiency, 100% ecological, and biological pest control, we have developed special mixes of: Trichogramma Evanescens and Trichogramma Dendrolimi. These are tailored to the crop, its vegetation, seasonal temperature norms, and the pest generations.
Application:
Trichogramma achieves high efficiency in combating pests from the Lepidoptera order by destroying their larvae and laying its own egg inside the pest’s egg. Subsequently, a beneficial insect—Trichogramma—hatches from the parasitized pest egg.
Treatment with Trichogramma is carried out during the periods of mass egg-laying by pests, with the initial pest flight marking the critical time for colonization.
Trichogramma Introduction is Done in Two Ways:
-For large areas, we use biodegradable capsules containing Trichogramma eggs, and colonization is carried out with drones. You can see more Here.
-For smaller areas, greenhouses, and gardens, colonization is done with boxes. These are easy to place, convenient to hang, and provide excellent coverage for the plants. You can see more Here.
