HOW TO PROPERLY INSERT THE TRICHOGRAM BOXES
The manual colonization containers are conveniently made for hanging on the different agricultural crops.
Depending on the type of pest and the number of generations it develops in a year, 1, 2 or 3 colonizations (treatments) are needed every 15-20 days.
In tomato, greenhouse vegetables and vines
Recommended rate is 20 cans per 1 acre.
Of course, it depends on many different factors – degree of pest attack, location, plant height, planting density, meteorological conditions, etc.
The correct way to place is to have the boxes staggered (where possible) as shown in the example diagram.
In this way the largest area is covered and plant protection is effective.
In vegetable gardens
The recommended rate is 1-3 boxes per tree, depending on the type of fruit trees, their size, the degree of pest attack, location, meteorological conditions, etc.
Trichogramma boxes are hooked near the stem, at the first branching.
Instructions for use
1. Placed immediately after receipt
2. Hang in the middle of the stem
3. Cannot be opened and touched with hands
4. Treat every 15-20 days
5. Store at 4-8 degrees up to 48 hours
